Inspection rules for automotive aluminum die castings:
1. Chemical composition
(1) The inspection methods, inspection rules and re inspection of chemical composition of aluminum alloy shall comply with the provisions of GB / t15115.
(2) The sample of chemical composition can also be self die casting, but it must comply with the provisions of GB / t15115.
2. Mechanical properties
(1) The inspection method, frequency and rules of mechanical properties shall comply with the provisions of GB / t15115.
(2) When the die casting body is used as the sample, the size and test form of the cut part shall be agreed by the supplier and the buyer.
3. The geometric dimensions of die castings can be inspected by batch sampling or according to the provisions of GB2828 and gb2829, and the inspection results shall comply with the provisions of 3.3 of this standard.
4. The test methods and inspection rules for the internal quality of die castings can include: X-ray photos, nondestructive testing, metallographic pictures and die casting section, and the inspection results shall comply with the provisions of 3.4.6 of this standard.
5. Other test methods and inspection rules shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB / t15114.
6. The delivery inspection of the surface quality of die castings shall be carried out one by one, and the inspection results shall comply with the provisions of this standard.
7. The surface of die castings to be polished shall comply with the provisions of GB / t6060.4.
8. The surface of die castings to be shot blasted and sand blasted shall comply with the provisions of GB / t6060.5.
9. The surface roughness of die castings shall comply with the provisions of GB / t6060.1.
